Product Description

Full Fat Soybean powder Production Line

2. Products:
bright-yellow and glossy extruded full-fat soybean meal (water ≤12%, crude protein: 35-39%, crude fat: 7-19%, crude fibre: 5-6%, crude ash: 5-6%, urease activity: 0.02-0.1U)
3. Applications
3.1 The product can be used as high-energy high-protein feed additive.
3.2 It is also widely used for production of fodders for egg chickens, broiler chickens, baby pigs and aquatic livestock. It is able to significantly increase growth rate.
4. Production Process
Soybean Warehousing Section → Cleaning and Grading Section → Stone Removal → Iron Removal → Soybean Dehulling Section → Air Classifying→ Soybean Grinding → Dust Removal → Extrusion and Puffing → Soybean Conditioning → Bale Packaging
